The worst experience I’ve had with a courier service. this company would get negative stars if it could. Like many other people having not gotten their package, lack of communication, outsourcing employment resulting in not being given live updates in real time. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago and the representative are no help, they’ll just tell exactly what it tells you when you go to “track your package”

I have booked LTL shipments with T-Force over 20 times. 95% of the time, they don’t honor their pick up. Called customer service, they said in order to get updates on their own mistakes, you need to pay extra for this. They don’t care nor do they take accountability for their errors. Literally say, “well that’s all the info I have,” and don’t give you any info! Literally the most unprofessional worst LTL service in the industry. Spent two hours on the phone today with them confirming that my pallet will get picked up today. Called them again and now it’s not getting picked up. I cannot express the frustration doing work with such a horrible company.

Worst delivery company in the US. I have a delivery worth over 4 grand sitting in a warehouse because their delivery trucks are having "lift gate issues". My delivery will be 3 days late, if it even arrives at all. I paid $275 for delivery! If you want your freight delivered, USE ANY OTHER DELIVER COMPANY!

Cancel your order if ANYTHING is delivered by this company. Their customer service spent 3 weeks trying to track down our 2000 lb package, but ended up having absolutely no idea where it is or when it’ll be delivered because they are overseas and have no way of connecting with whoever is doing local delivery. When they finally showed up, the driver just refused to offload and drove off, WITHOUT delivering a single screw out of the 2000 lb package. That’s over $5000 of goods stolen by this company.
