She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough—she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel truly cared for. The visit was for both my father-in-law and mother-in-law, and they left extremely happy and satisfied with the care they received. A special thank you to Tisha .the assistant, who was amazing at drawing blood. She made the process easy and painless, and filled the room with joy and smiles. I find it very convenient they are open 7 days a week and have appts from 8am-8pm. First off the parking is free underground for all the clinics and Harris Teeter, so this was a big selling point to me. Every other urgent care I went to had a paid garage and did not validate the tickets. Everyone from the front desk staff, to Nurse Tisha, and Dr. Sarah are amazing. Tisha was so caring and friendly that I immediately felt welcomed. Dr. Sarah also listens to your concerns and is very helpful with what steps you need to take next. Thank you for the good experience. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and neighbors.

I needed a school physical for my 3 year old daughter who was recently diagnosed with autism. We had already been refused service at another urgent care due to her vaccination status, so I called ahead before coming in. I first texted with Diane and then spoke on the phone with Tisha, who assured me they would take care of us if we brought our notarized religious exemption. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and respect. Tisha took my daughter’s vitals and Dr. Ana performed the evaluation with such warmth and patience. They understood our situation—we just moved to Virginia, didn’t have a pediatrician yet and school was about to start and they stepped in when others turned us away. It was also easy to get there: the entrance to the underground parking lot is on Berkeley St. Once you park, take the elevator up to the lobby floor, step outside, make a right, and you’ll see the PACS Urgent Care entrance right there. They charged me only $39 (including tax) for the physical—fair and reasonable. For comparison, another urgent care actually charged me $96 and then refused to see us after having me sit in a room, all because of my daughter’s vaccination status. This was a huge weight off our shoulders. We are forever grateful to the amazing team here. They are truly angels and here for the right reasons. Highly recommend PACS Urgent Care for anyone looking for compassionate, understanding and professional care.

I’ve been coming here for over two years now, and I’m always impressed with how fast and efficient the service is. I always do a walk in, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and makes me feel comfortable. It’s always a quick in and out experience. This is by far the best place I recommend for quick care!
