These guys are literally a god-send. My computer broke unexpectedly and I nearly lost 3 months of work that I had (foolishly) been procrastinating backing up. Best buy charged me $99 dollars to transfer my data off the hard drive but completely screwed me over. I went back to them 3 times and they just "couldn't find" any of my important files. I was devastated and desperate. A friend recommended Palafox Computers and they recovered ALL THE FILES I NEEDED. It cost $125 and took about a week (they were super busy) but it was completely worth it. I could have cried when I saw all my thesis work intact. They are super nice, super helpful, and actually know what they're doing!! Next time I have any computer problems, I'm going to them first and I suggest you do too!!

Highly recommend this place. My laptop started making an odd noise, I brought it on at 9am on a Saturday and was out by 9:20 with a working laptop. They cleared out something that had been lodged in the fan. Super happy with these guys, thx🤙🏽
