I have been coming to Palermo Pharmacy for a few years now and each time I try a different pharmacy (because it was closer) I am reminded of why I prefer to drive further to come here! The service is how it should be in a real pharmacy with the pharmacists taking their time to explain your options and give advice. Another thing I didn’t realize is that for certain issues I can bypass my doctor or a walk in and come for prescription services. My allergies flared up recently, beyond control of the normal Claritin dose, and I was able to prescription medication quickly with no wait. I am so grateful!

Today I returned to Palermo Pharmacy for the 3rd time to pay for medication because I misplaced the original copy of the prescription and my doctor was unavailable to send me a copy. I was so frustrated when I arrived today and found that the Pharmacy had closed for the day. Unfortunately, I hadn’t checked the store hours before I left home which was 20 minutes away. For 15 minutes I tried frantically to get the attention of the pharmacist, Shelley Morgan, who was still working. Just as she was leaving she noticed and recognized me. She even remembered my name! I was so grateful that she was kind enough to let me pay what I owed so I wouldn’t have to return again. I can’t thank you enough, Shelley. Your customer service is outstanding and your smile, good nature and understanding just made my day and ended my most trying week with gratitude.
