Mud Bay is a great place to shop for all your pets needs. The staff are always so knowledgeable! I wish I could remember who from the store helped me last Thursday, because she was so kind and sweet and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She also shared some great tips on different games I can play with my high energy dog. Thank you to this staff member for your great customer service!

We were on our second leg of traveling for my husband’s job and our bernese mountain dog started getting really stressed out to the point of heavily affecting his digestive tract. Kat helped me find prebiotic/probiotics and some calming treats and both worked FABULOUSLY! She was very knowledgeable and kind. Our Goosey Bear was feeling better in no time. We’ve never found anything that has helped him so much or so quickly. He was calm without seeming panicky and actually rested. He was also able to eat without having to go out several times throughout the night for emergency poopies. Thank you, Kat!
