I've been going here for 10 years. I am very disappointed and traumatized with my experience here. I wanted to change my hair color, going from dark to blonde. Parveen(owner) said she could do it, and since I've been going here from forever she knew my hair texture well. This woman put bleach on my hair and double coated my roots with bleach and left it on for 45+ minutes. My scalp started burning, and I immediately told her to wash my hair. She burnt my hair, and I mean like literally burnt my hair. My hair was 50 shades of orange and brown, and I had a wedding the next day. I had to cover my head with a dupatta. I went back to her after 1-2 days and showed her my hair. She straightup told me that my hair was weak, like woman did you not know this before starting the whole process? She didn't refund me, and on top of that she told me she'll fix my hair, and ended up taking 60$ for hair spa. She is greedy, unprofessional, and has no ethics. Don't know how she is running a salon. The short hair is my most recent picture. I had to get it cut from somewhere else. I'm unable to style or do anything to my hair because of this woman! So please save your money and if you love your hair DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Edit- I had to shave off my hair. Like literally shave off itssss and bitsss of my hair. I'm traumatized. Idk how people keep going to this lady, but if you want to save yourself from PTSD or just your hair. Please save your money and don't go. I've been going here for many years and I was not valued or even acknowledged after the incident. She did not even bother reaching out. So save yourself some money and time and go else where!! I'll attach a picture of my hair so you all can see, it has grown since but that's what I had to do to save my left hair dignity.

I had my hair colour, waxing, haircut and Brazilian wax done from this salon, i am very very satisfied with the work they have done and i am their regular customer now. The owner of the salon is very nice, she is very helpful and give many suggestions to choose from. Thank you so much ReLex.

They do not maintain proper hygiene standards. They use same wax applicator stick for multiple clients, including during Brazilian waxing procedures, without replacement. Additionally, no disposable paper or protective covering is placed on the beds during waxing sessions. I got my waxing from them last week, and the service was extremely rough—so much so that the skin under my arms was peeled off, leaving large dark marks on both underarms.

Just got some highlights and full hair coloured with cut and blow out. This cost me $400, but the work was rushed and very poorly done. The toner wasn’t left on long enough, and there are splotches of uneven colour throughout my hair! This is so unprofessional, and now I am having to pay extra to get it fixed. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else- so disappointed!
