I just wanted to leave a quick review of our experience tonight at Panache Hair Salon. My daughter was in for her first real salon experience and Kayla went above and beyond to make this experience amazing and extra special for my 8-year old. She was gentle and explained everything that she was doing and how it would help my daughter's hair grow (she wants it long). She asked multiple times if she was hurting her at all and took her time while brushing through all of the tangles. Kayla is a fantastic hairstylist but her personality, kindness and gentle nature is what really puts her over the top! She styled my daughters hair and really made my daughter feel like an absolute princess. She couldn't stop smiling the whole way home. 100% would recommend her again and again!! (I've also recently had my hair done by her and she did a fantastic job)

For the women above . I was sitting beside you having to listen to your moans and sighs. The workmanship on your toes was superb. The young girl was pleasant and polite to you the entire time. The owner was apologetic, explaining that the young lady had just graduated and that she hoped that you understood why it was taking a bit longer than usual. She offered you a discount. Oh and you forgot to pay! Hmmmm interesting indeed.

The worst experience. The individual was new , this should not be my problem. She was slow , so slow that they did not complete the process as I was told that her other clients had arrived. Imagine that .i was then told I would get a discount . Imagine that . My heels were not scrubbed they look exact the same . This behaviour is really unacceptable. My bill was 70.00 . I have never paid 70.00 for a pedicure and I always go to a reputable place in Toronto . What a mistake to have tried this place .
