I was thrilled with the service I received from Pann. I had 3 plumbing projects for them to tackle (dishwasher install, garbage disposal replacement, shower/bath fixture replacement). They arrived right on time and were able to compete the work within a few hours. What was really nice is they took all the debris with them! I would recommend their service.

I've had Pann do a lot of work in my place, including a heat pump installation and a total bathroom remodel. Dave, Steve, and the whole team were awesome. They did everything with a super high quality bar and went out of their way to make things better, like changing the placement of my A/C vent in the bathroom. If you choose Pann I highly recommend singing up for the Pann Protection Plan because you get a lot of value for the money.

We have used Pann Home Services & Remodeling for almost 3 years now. From what was a very complex HVAC repair and A/C issues (problems brought on by the previous service company) early on, to routine maintenance and more recently drywall repairs/carpentry and caulking of bathrooms, the technical service teams, managers and admin have shown nothing but laser attentiveness, solid professionalism and persistence. Even with cancellations they do their best to reschedule for a time that is both immediate and convenient. We also appreciate the breadth of services available which makes it very convenient and reassuring for us when we need any kind of home related repair done. The maintenance programs have been worth it. Just a pleasure to work with.
