I was passing through from NC to Ohio and needed to stop and grab a coffee and I'm SO GLAD I found this place!! I ended up stopping back by on my way back home because it was so good. I had an iced vanilla lavender, sweet caramel, and a ham & havarti wrap and they were all great. I'm glad I dont live closer or I'd be here all the time. And it's beautiful inside!

I became a regular because of their coffee, yes, and their amazing food but also because of the atmosphere of the place. It’s peaceful if you need a place to work, or read or just relax during your lunch break. Everyone in the staff it’s friendly and warm, and they all make me feel welcome any time I come in. I highly recommend you to come and get to know this place and try what they offer in their menu and also to get to know your baristas cause they can become your besties:) they’re cool, and respectful, and inclusive. They also have the best drinks!

I love going to paper city coffee to study and work on college school work. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and pretty. The staff is always so nice, and it’s very quick. Their coffee and food is amazing too, and is reasonably priced.

I walked in and sat at the bar, I didn't think anything of it. I was there for less than 15 seconds. The barista immediately turns to me and makes a big scene of the fact that I sat at the bar without ordering. The other barista chimes in It says " oh he's just over there hanging out!" and they're both laughing. She proceeds to tell me where to order my drink. She's calling me dude obnoxiously I asked her about seasonal drinks and she didn't hear me, so she makes a scene of that as well. Her whole body is obnoxiously flinching as she's talking to me. Proceeds to call me dude In the same tone a couple of times. Then proceeds to produce- just the worst drink. I sat at The bar for a bit before leaving. I didn't want the coffee anymore, so I left it. Definitely a bizarre experience. I frequent paper City and while the coffee has never been the best, the service is typically decent. Normally I wouldn't even leave a review but between the consistently poor tasting coffee, and now the rude/ childish baristas I'm feeling inclined. I just don't understand what happened. I've got a busy day and I was excited to get myself an iced coffee . I'm now looking for a new coffee shop.
