We had a back patio cover built in our backyard and Paradise was phenomenal. Organized, timely, flexible when they needed to be, respectful, and always communicated appropriately and proactively. They visited the site twice prior to ensure everything about the space was as it was believed to be, and delivered exactly what we were hoping. The quality of the work is top drawer stuff, and I would highly recommend using Paradise Construction should you have any home-build needs!

Paradise Construction offers the best in value and quality! Nour and his crew completed a 600 sqft addition and dining room expansion/utility move on our house and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. The 2 bedroom 1 bath addition seamlessly attaches to our existing home and has truly changed our lives. The whole process of working with Paradise has been a pleasure and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Starting with the value-- we received 9 bids and Nour offered a very competitive quote. On top of that, what stood out to us was his flexibility and willingness to work and adapt to the many changes that arose with starting a new project. We had originally contacted him for a detached ADU build but eventually transitioned our plans to an addition instead. Nour quickly switched gears to provide guidance on the addition details and gave a detailed quote with line items. I appreciated his patience and advice along the way. Granted this is all before we had even paid him anything. Timeline-- We started the build during a challenging time. The pandemic caused increases in many of the supplies and personally, we were expecting a baby 3 months after the start of construction. Nour and his team worked closely with us to find material alternatives to help keep costs down without sacrificing the quality. Even with some delays due to supply, Nour and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we kept as close to the timeline as possible. Our baby decided to come two weeks early, which was a surprise to all of us, and Nour and his team stepped up in a big way to make sure we had a home to bring our baby back to. There were 7 grown men climbing over each other, scrambling to complete projects, and working overtime to complete everything from flooring to painting to electrical. They ended up finishing the interior just in time for our discharge and we could not have been more grateful for all their hard work, dedication, and heart to pull it off. Paradise's professionalism, timeliness, and prices are above and beyond anything you will find out there. They are true craftsmen and take pride in their work and it shows. They take care of you even when you don't ask for it, and at the end of the day, they treat the project like it was their own home. Nour, Mark, Michael, Arthur, Tristan, Andy, and the rest of the Paradise family - THANK YOU! My family and I are very grateful and hope to see you all again one day. Let me start off by saying that this project turned out amazing! Nour and I collaborated on this covered deck for over a year, and the finished product is truly stunning. Nour devoted a lot of time before we got started in order to work out of the details because there were many moving parts. This project has 466 sf of decking with a 24’ x 12’ covered main living area. From the first day of demo I knew we had the right guy. Nour and his crew were on time and dug right in by removing our old deck and busted up the old patio. Whenever we ran into any issues Nour would come up with solutions, and this made the whole process easier. Once the substantial concrete footings and patio were poured the structure was completed in just days. This is when I knew for a fact, I had hired the right person! I have been around construction my entire life and I know the money is in the details. However, if the structure is not built soundly then you just forget about the details, so with that said I can tell you that this foundation and structure are build right! Of course, the details on this project are simply outstanding. The dark stained rough cut 2” x 8” red cedar decking & railing, the pine T&G cover, the Shou Sugi Ban ridge/rafters/kings/struts are set against the off-white siding/beans/posts really works well together. I have to say that Nour’s work ethic and his desire to make your project special to you shows in the final product. The best thing that I can say about Nour is I have already discussed several other projects that I want to hire him for in the coming years. I look forward to our next collaboration.
