Jon was not only highly professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the entire process a pleasure. He explained everything clearly and ensured excellent cleanup after the job. His customer service was top-notch, with great follow-up, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. We had a leak in the pipe below the main shut off valve to our home and reached out to Paradise Plumbing. Jon was so nice as well as professional. He completed the job quickly, stayed in communication throughout and left the site clean. Sounds odd but the pipes he installed are gorgeous!
