I recently bought my 2017 RAV4 SE from Hassan at Hak Automotive and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the first phone call, he was super transparent and easy to deal with. He didn’t push, didn’t try any “sales tactics,” just answered my questions and let me take my time. Super patient with the million questions I asked. He let me take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection (with no hesitation at all), and before I purchased it, I asked if he could remove the side steps - he went ahead and got that done without making it feel like a chore. He also removed the stone guard from the hood at my request, which was super helpful since they typically leave residue from the glue. Looked mint afterwards as if it was never there! After buying the car, I noticed a small plastic interior piece was missing from the console and he immediately ordered it from Toyota and kept me updated until it arrived a few days later. I’ve always bought my cars new, so the idea of going through a used car dealer gave me a lot of anxiety, especially after hearing horror stories and having a couple bad experiences in the past with buying used. Hassan changed that completely. He’s just a genuinely good person doing honest business, which feels rare these days. I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. If you’re like me - hesitant, cautious, maybe overthinking every little thing - I’d highly recommend checking out a car with him. He made the process smooth, fair, and actually enjoyable. Hassan Hak was extremely easy to work with, replied and kept in contact very quickly. Sealed the deal and was in my new truck within a week, gave me a great deal on my trade in car. The truck ended up having 2 cracked spark plugs and hassan replied to my concern immediately and i had it fixed in a day, reimbursed for the fix withing 30 minutes. Great dealership, definitely recommend. Extremely competitive pricing, some of the best deals around on vehicles.
