I’ve been coming to Green Beans Mountain Bistro for years, always thought it was an interesting name yet they’ve been amazing since day one. I remember when they first opened—owner visited my table was super friendly and accommodating and, they have been super hospitable since. The food has always been extremely consistent, which is rare to find. Easily one of my favourite Indian restaurants. They do offer some North American-style options like sandwiches and fries, plus soups and other side dishes, but I always stick to my go-to Indian dishes. The service is top-notch—same friendly faces at the front every time, which says a lot about the place. I was here again today for take out, I was not the only one (others trickled in also). I also noticed three gentlemen dining in, enjoying sandwiches and fries. Then a group of kids came in from a nearby school and ordered some food (didn’t catch what), but it just goes to show the mix of clientele they get here. Feels like a neighbourhood staple. Reasonable pricing, highly recommend!

Beautiful place! Excellent food and great people who takes care of Mountain bistro! Honestly we have tried many many restaurants of Indian food and all the family agree this one is the best! The buyer chicken was delicious and tender and the briani incredible tasty! We recommend this place 100%! The owner is a great person as well!

I ordered the coconut chicken curry with garlic naan. The food came out super quickly, fresh and hot. I asked for medium spice and it was perfect. The naan was loaded with garlic, and I'm a garlic lover, no complaints. The Portion size was great, even had a little bit leftover to take home (it was hard to not over eat with how delicious everything was!) The server was very kind right from when I walked on and made sure to check on me periodically. It sounds like the staff enjoy working together and were having a good time in the kitchen area. 10/10 recommend stopping in here for lunch to fill up.

For the last 5 years this is my to-go place anytime my family would like to eat out or order take away. It has a great menu including Indian and Nepali cuisines. They have other stuff too. Prices are very decent and the quality of the food is outstanding. I have a severe allergy and they always make sure that no cross contamination happens. They even called me one time to reassure that the new item that I have ordered is safe for me to eat. Order from them is easy from their website and they give 10% off the price if you do so.
