I kept on emailing them and it has been more than a month and still no action has been taken but false promises. For a small store owner, it affects the business a lot. Once they get your money, they won’t care anymore.
YIJU CHENNever receive the products and they do not refund. I passed the order the 10th September, the site declared the order is delivered but I have never receive the products. I followed their instruction to sign a paper to declare that I didnt receive, and they just told me it is not accepted my the logistic company like THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSABLE AT ALL. I suspect the product was never sent, and this is just a scam website.

Been emailing/calling since April 2nd and their first response is that I can return the defect items(+ missing??) on my own charge even if it’s their fault. They’ve been ignoring me ever since. Update: after this review my case got reviewed. Was able to return the goods and got a refund.
