Geoff AdairParis performed an excellent rebuild of our aging boiler room. We upgraded to a high efficiency boiler, new pumps and domestic water heater. Our system supplies heat to two fan coils, water heater, two in floor heating loops, and two heat exchangers for a pool and hot tub. Great job guys. Thank you ! Oct. 12th: Just received our first Fortis bill since the upgrade. We are now using only 50% of the gas we used last year. Very pleased with the system design and install by Paris Service Group!!

Lui FamilyParis Service Group was the THIRD HVAC crew I had out to try and repair an issue with my heatpump in my condo. Everyone was quick to respond, professional and flexible. They had times available to come to site and the Matt and Emin were the best. They had to cut two holes in the walls to access the vent/duct, but covered them with access panels - so no need to immediately perform drywall repairs. Air conditioning and heat finally working as it should! 10/10 highly recommend!
Parker HartzlerOriginally I had left a 1 star review, but I am changing it to a 5 for good reason ! Paris responded to my review and asked me to call back and chat with Graham, the owner. After talking with Graham, he was extremely understanding of my situation and felt that it was justified to refund me the inspection fee I had paid to bring the plumbers out in the first place. This company clearly cares about listening to the customer and hearing out the situation, otherwise they wouldn't have encouraged me to contact the benevolent Graham! Thanks for your understanding, and if I am going to pick plumbers for leak assessment and/or emergency services (my landlord is shit and this place leaks all the time) I definitely know who to call! It's Paris :)
