First time our vendor fees are way more expensive than our whole purchase fees. Ridiculous billable « hours » for a quittance and title insurance. Not sure if they charge less for purchasers and claw it back to vendors that are obligated to go there but I wouldnt reccommend at all. Mr Parisella had no patience for basic questions on his fees. Only reason i give a 2 stars is because the transaction went ok otherwise and we received our money on time.
