My driver manager is kim and so far im loving her she understands that truckers have a tough job out there and she takes care of her drivers. I would reccomend this company too anyone. Update as of 10/14/2023 They dont likebpaying what the driver has earned they dont like paying layover nor detention pay hell they dont even know hoelw too run there efs card i litterlty had get efs on the phone and 3 way call this company too fix my pin for my card seems like once you show them or can prove them wrong they get all mad. In my opinion drivers are unappeciated here causeere they were they would pay there drivers what they earnd in the road
Michael KasandaRan a brokered load for them. Only negatives were typical worksite problems. No lift til day after expected delivery. Next day took a few hrs to get unloaded. But Paul communicated well. Quickly agreed to layover and detention pay. Can't complain about these guys. Just the site I delivered to.
1917 DispatchBooked and hauled a load with them. When we got the rate confirmation it listed 882 bags at 48,000lbs we asked if this was a mistake since it was a dry van load and if it would be loaded to legal max which for a dry van is 45,000lbs.. They agreed it would be. After we delivered they said that because they only loaded 850 bags that they were reducing our rate by $150.00. When we asked about it they said this was the per bag rate and they couldn't pay us for what we didn't haul. There was no mention of any per bag rate or deduction for less than the amount hauled in the rate confirmation. Very dishonest, we worked with Paul Dubose. EDIT: Updated to three stars from 1 star because eventually full payment was received. We did have to file against their bond, but they did pay.
BasilStay away! Long story short, they should pay me TONU after I was loaded at shipper and immediately unloaded at shipper because the load turned out not to be safe for transporting it. And on a Friday evening I found myself 700 miles away from my home without the load. It's been more than a week and they just ignoring it and I guess they will never pay anything. So I guess that all the reviews about them not been honest are true.
