Excellent customer service from Sam who quickly walked up to me as I was holding my Jack Russell mix, 3 small bags of food and was looking for another. He took them to the front then helped me find the Venison option of Zignature and the treats, too. Had he not come down the aisle I probably would have given up on finding it and the treats. This was the last thing I had to do that day and I was pretty exhausted. So to have a SMILING, informative employee come up and help was just the sweetest and made my day. To top it off, he took my goodies to the car. Thanks again. They have excellent inventory and bathing area too.... Support this business! ❤️🐶

Typically went to the one in mustang but recently moved to norman area. One worker was very disrespectful. She was an older lady with white hair. When trying to get soap she asked what I was doing in the most disrespectful tone. When I explained i was going to lather my dog she proceeded to try and stop me. When I began to rinse him she came over and turned it off. I asked her what she was doing bc clearly I was in the middle of doing something. I had to tell her to stop. She repeatedly tried to include herself and was making it harder and longer to bathe. She repeatedly kept getting in my personal space. After I had to be direct and snapped she finally walked away. 5 mins goes by and she continues to interfere. I dont mind receiving help but after awhile when it's not asked and clearly im annoyed it shouldve stopped. It was every 2-5mins of her interfering. Now ik im not over reacting or assuming her tone was disrespectful bc i saw other turn their heads in disbelief on how her behavior was. The other workers were very sweet and kind but I rather make the drive to the mustang location.

This place/workers and their self service dog wash is amazing!!! Great shampoos and conditioners — I also appreciated the face wash they had separately to safely clean my Lola’s muzzle. Blow dryer worked amazing though the temp was very low & my 60 pound dog was shivering a bit. All the workers are just the SWEETEST and make my Lola feel so loved and special. Came in the other day and Lola was treated like a princess as I was perusing the bully stick section, came back today to give her a bath. Super high quality treats here for a reasonable price as well, I’ll be back soon!!
