This shopping/office/condo center is very convenient to I435 and major connector streets in the Overland Park/Leawood area. It has many wonderful higher end shops and restaurants. It is very walkable with loads of covered parking. Several nights a week, during the Summer, they have live music in the quad. Bring your own lawn chair.

Dense high end restaurants, ice cream shops,and hotels. Nearly no on street parking, but does have parking structures . And can park on the AMC parking lot. Ate at Bamboo Penny - great food, excellent service at an average of $45-$50 a person. Enjoyed live music in an outdoor space.
