EDIT to add response to company: when you came by to look at our home to provide a quote you were well aware of what I wanted which included interior window cleaning. However you decided not to come inside to look and provided a quote anyway. That is on you for not being diligent so that you knew exactly what was expected and how to quote the job. Also if you were short staffed you should not have offered a quote and a day/time to do it, only to revoke the offer the following day. I don’t give reviews often but this one warranted one even if the job was not done. What you did was unprofessional and dishonourable which is something future customers need to know about. If you’d like to discuss this further you are welcome to contact me. Workers refused to do the work after quote competed and job was to be booked. Was also told the company was short staffed and no further cleanings would be booked… when provided a date for booking just the day before. Seems like the company is only interested in easy jobs with already clean windows. Disappointing given the previous reviews.

Making appointments is a simple process and they always show up on time. It has never been necessary to call them back to correct a problem or redo an area.
