Their new location is smaller than their old one but very welcoming. Staff are very friendly. They greet you they moment you come in and they make sure they get to know their customers. Both Pharmacist are very attentive and very knowledgeable. They take their time explaining the medication to their customers. For over the counter medications, they actually come out and show you the best recommendations and not just pointing at the shelves. Very fast service and very convenient. Even though we no longer live in the area, my entire family still gets their medications from this location.

This is hands down the best pharmacy that I've ever gone to. The 2 pharmacists are knowledgeable and always check that there are no contraindications or interactions with my scripts. Everyone is friendly, service is fast, and they really do care about their customers. With regards to the negative reviews: read them carefully and you will see that they are about another pharmacy in the area, not this one. Highly recommend Parkdale Guardian Pharmacy!
