It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete both jobs. Also, when I called to initially schedule an appointment, Joseph answered the phone. He was super helpful and provided great customer service.

Every time I would call my regular plumber who I'd been using for the past several years, he was always kinda grouchy so it was refreshing to have Miguel. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly but most importantly honest. He was able to diagnose the issue, gave an estimate and was so kind in getting the water heater started up again. The water heater has issues so it's not a permanent fix but I was truly impressed about his attention to providing excellent service. All in all, my experience with this company was outstanding because of Miguel and am thankful I found a trustworthy, reliable and friendly plumber!
