I wanted a professional repair to address 2 issues with my bathtub handle and spout. Unfortunately the technician attempted to loosen set screws and he stripped both of them and continued to tell me they would have to go in thru the wall in the bed room to make the repair. I wanted this gentleman out of my house as quickly as possible. I decided to do the repair myself. I had to repair what the technician broke and the original problem. I will never reach out to Parker and Sons ever again nor would I recommend them. I took photos of the work I did. I had to drill out the set screw which was very difficult and install the new hardware. Total time to repair was 4 hrs.
Your plumbers through this project, including Marco, Kris and Mike We’re absolutely the best. They communicated throughout the whole project of the hot water repipe because of a slab leak and water heater replacement and did a thorough job with their cleanup. Thanks for your great service.
I bought a water softener from Costco and Parker and Son’s did the installation. They were very detailed, organized and they cleaned up perfectly. They explained everything to me as well. I would definitely recommend them.
