I signed up for Flexiti to use make use of my credit and was approved the perfect amount for what I wanted. While I walked around the store they set up the purchase for me. The Hamilton Barton St E location is quite large and they had a lot to look at in their showroom. When I got my delivery it was also really quick. Took less than five minutes for a TV and soundbar. They were professional and friendly also and made sure the TV screen was in tact upon delivery. Thanks for the great service and I look forward to the second part of my delivery!

She makes complicated things feel super easy and completely stress-free. You know how sometimes calling customer service is the worst? This was the opposite experience entirely. Riddhi is proactive, smart, and a true customer advocate. She listened carefully, offered genuinely helpful advice, and followed through on everything she promised. It’s rare to find someone who handles their job with such efficiency and good cheer. She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend who also happens to be an expert.
