I was honestly nervous because she’s older and doesn’t handle stress that well, but the team here was incredible from start to finish. They did a full exam, explained exactly what was going on with her teeth so I could actually understand what needed to be done. On the day of surgery, they called me right after it was done to let me know everything went smoothly and that she was waking up fine. They even followed up the next day to check how she was eating and healing. It might sound small, but that level of care really matters! It made me feel like my cat was in the best hands possible. I’m so thankful for the whole team, and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants vets that truly care about both pets and owners ❤️
