Why the PASONS supermarket need customers Emirates ID for loyalty program?! None of the supermarkets like Carrefour,Lulu ,Nesto or any other brands like Al Shaya Group , Adidas,Landmark group, Apparel Group etc never ask for Emirates ID for loyalty program? It’s pretty suspicious act from PASONS to collect EID details

Every time they shows me the worst behavior at their best in al karama branch , i really didn't understand the behavior of the store staff when it comes to delivery ,they only mention that they will delivery, but when delivery time they mention an hour it means it will come after 4 hours , in that case why you want to mention that we have the home delivery option if it really not manageable then why you want to promt this. Even i orderef in the APP, even there also they will only delivery what they want to deliver and with their own timings. If management is serious about the business and then consider and monitor the store the truth will be out. Don't mention in the reply saying that we really sorry for the inconvenience. if you feel it improve the service and if your not serious then this is for the people who serious about their purchases.

This is the worst company I have never seen before,management behaviour towards staff, Is very cruel.the attitude of the manger or seniors are very rude,most of.them are their friend and relatives.so don' t join with pasons group ,if you selected.
