We were very impressed with the professionalism of PASS Electric. It's clearly a well run company. Paul, who came to give the original quote, was thorough and explained our options. He and Jason came to the house later to perform the job. Now this may not be the least expensive company in town, but you do get what you pay for. They warranty their work, were personable, did a great job and made us confident we had made the right choice.

I am very impressed by how quickly they came out to my home, gave me a quote, and then returned within days to do the work. They were punctual. I especially appreciate that they took the time to explore and explain the options to me, and did not pressure me. Once I said yes, they arranged for the City of Red Deer to come out simultaneously on some work that had to be coordinated with them. Paul and Parker were kind enough to wear masks and booties in the house, and vacuumed the sawdust from a new outlet they installed. They installed an external 20A circuit, since the panel is nearly full, and passed it through a protected conduit around the house and into my son's new home office, to prevent having to open up the walls. Paul and Parker took real pride in their work, and made it look beautiful. They were thoughtful, friendly, professional, and treated my home as if it were their own. They have strong work ethic and workmanship. Their pricing is fair, and they guarantee their work for one year. I would highly recommend them. Gail

You guys rock!! Greg did work around my home and then both Greg and Parker installed a new panel. They were professional, punctual and explained everything that was being done so I could understand.
