I bought a beautiful lighted/musical Christmas decoration & my puppy chewed the cord before I even got to use it. I went back to the store to see if I could buy or order a new one & they graciously gave me a new cord at no charge! Now that’s great customer service! It is my new tradition to buy one of these lighted musical decorations & collect them all. The staff are all so friendly & helpful and there are so many pretty things! You won’t be sorry you stopped in!

One of the ladies working started to play a game with my dad and she got him hooked. He had just a wonderful time playing games with her. He couldn’t stop talking about how sweet it was that she took the time to show him the game. I found my favorite stationary that I thought I could only find back home. My brother and I had a wonderful chat with the woman at the register. Truly exceptional customer service. Can’t wait to come back to do some more shopping. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our first time to SML.
