First time using patient first. I had a great experience. Every staff member showed empathy and overall concern about my care. The check in process was flawless and I would like to give a special thank you to the female who helped get me registered as she was very thorough. The provider who took care of me made sure I understood the potential risk of my illness at the time and unfortunately recommended I be evaluated at the Emergency department for further evaluation due to the nature of my illness. I will definitely consider using this facility again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got in and out of there even with a chest X Ray! My experience was that this place is very efficient in getting patients seen and treated in a timely manner. If I am in need of Urgent Care in the future I will definitely come here.

Excellent service at patient first. Staff was very friendly, efficent, and professional. Had me out in less than an hour on Saturday afternoon. Even called to follow up. Thanks to the team at Patient first. Well done.

I had such a great experience here! The X-ray technician was super knowledgeable and really patient with me while I was in pain, which made a huge difference. I was in and out in about 30–45 minutes—way quicker than I expected. Everyone I interacted with was kind, and I left with zero unanswered questions. One thing I thought was quirky and cute—the staff all wear pink on Wednesdays! It’s small, but it stood out to me because it shows they actually enjoy working together and it creates a fun, healthy work environment. Honestly, I think that vibe contributes to the level of care you feel as a patient. It just felt positive all around, and I’m really grateful for the experience.
