My overall experience at this facility is always above board. From the front end staff to the physician who treated me. Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, and communicative. I walked into the facility and was immediately greeted and taken to the back for triage and 10 minutes later the treating physician was in the room. The physician who treated me had an excellent beside manner, he connected and listened to all of my complaints regarding my ailments. He explained everything in relatable language that was easy to digest and rendered the proper treatment. I was in and out in under a hour. I understand that’s this maybe be an anomaly, but it was definitely what I needed.

This might have been the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. I was able to come in and was called back within about 8 minutes. My vitals were taken right away, I was placed in a room, and within 5 minutes a doctor came in to talk with me. She addressed my problem in the best way she could, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and professional. The entire process was quick, efficient, and reassuring."

Patient First in Laurel, Corridor Market Place, is fantastic! Staff is friendly and kind and best I have ever seen. The PA I saw, Molly, on Friday, August 29, 2025, was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very efficient. She was exceptional. She took time to listen and answered all my questions. She seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and was not rushed to go on to the next patient. I was truly impressed with the tech that took me back to take my vitals and take me to the treatment room. She was very kind and the one who came in after I saw the PA to give me discharge instructions was also very kind and helpful. I really appreciated that I was able to have my prescriptions filled there. It was truly wonderful as I didn’t have to go to my pharmacy. I have always had a very positive experience at this Patient First and this may have been the best ever. I highly recommend this Patient First, Cindy S

I felt my experience was great! The staff member that took my information was upbeat and so positive while speaking with me. I felt much better in my overall mood just by my encounter with her. The nurse was good as well as the doctor. I am assuming the wait time after the nurse took my vitals was to wait for the test results, and seeing other patients, but it was 10 times better this time than the last time I was there. So my experience this time was very good in comparison.
