This truly is the best patient first around. From the minute you walk in. Cleanliness. Friendliness Waiting time Conveniency The staff The receptionist was very welcoming and easy to talk with. They provide masks, hand sanitizer, you can also wait in your car or outside and the area outside around you is beautiful. The doctor Jason. Was amazing. Friendly welcoming funny and very quick but made you feel taken care of and in good hands. You can also receive your script before leaving if needed They are also amazing with answering phone calls. Friendly and you feel what your calling about gets addressed :)

I’ve had horrible experiences at Patient First locations. The perry hall location once diagnosed me with a “terrible UTI” when I had 2 kidney stones. The last time my s/o went to one , we waited hours even though the building was empty and when the dr did finally come in , he was eating a sandwich…….. but the experience I had at the Falls road location changed my outlook. I went in for wheezing and a very sore throat. I was taken back almost immediately despite there being multiple patients there. Although it was close to closing time , they still gave me a nebulizer treatment and even did a second round(passed closing time at this point) after she wasn’t satisfied with the first’s results. Everything was explained to me in detail and multiple tests run to rule things out. I was seen by PA Sarah H and honestly , I am considering switching my primary care provider to her although i’ve had the one I have now for years. She has a fantastic personality for a provider , she was extremely thorough and straight to the point. I will most definitely be returning if I ever need an urgent care again!

Staff were helpful, pleasant and professional throughout. Services were coordinated a communication flowed smoothly though not everyone was aware of uploaded documents at the front office. That was the only glitch in our experience. We were very pleased with Dr Sarah and look forward to making her our primary doctor. Thank you for a positive experience. I am comparing tonight’s experience with my past experience as a patient advocate and member of WA staff at two local hospitals. Great team, positive interactions, efficient professional service.
