It was a great experience! I was treated with the utmost respect from the support staff to the doctor. I was a bit weary and they made me feel comfortable and safe and they solved the problem promptly and efficiently. Dr. Christina is amazing! The nurse was great too! I also was pleasantly surprised while reading the sign in there. They will give you water, coffee, or a blanket or give your children a coloring book, etc., if you just ask! How amazing is it that they go out of their way to make us so comfortable when we are at our most vulnerable! That means they care! I took a picture of the sign because it made me smile while I was in there! Thank you for the help today, Patient First - Odenton! I am thankful!

The registration was fast and the guy was super nice and understanding. I guess I was lucky having 1 other patient in front of me. He, at the register treats me like a valued patient and he cares. My assigned doctor also was kind and friendly and knew right away what to do with my painful finger and changed my previous meds. I also like to be able to get my meds right there on site, and no need to drive to the pharmacy when I'm already in pain. Thank you so much. I have been coming to this location for 12 yrs and 8 out of 10 doctors were super nice and professional. I feel safe and taken care of coming here.

From the moment my husband and I walked in it was extremely fast and efficient. The digital sign in and registration was fast and proficient. Once we were called for vitals we were brought back to a room and was attended to immediately. The care and communication was fast, friendly, and effective. I’ve never had such a great experience in an urgent care as I have here. Thank you to the team!

Every member of staff was kind, polite and respectful of my circumstance, not making me uncomfortable at all. When the electric BP machine read an unreasonably high pressure, they immediately re-took it manually as they knew it wasn’t possibly accurate. They were extremely fast and made sure to explain everything along the way. I left with clear instructions and excellent care. The facility was clean, efficient and modern. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From registration to exiting I was in the building for less than 20 minutes!
