Overall, I was very impressed. Danny at the reception desk was very professional and helpful. We arrived at a good time and we were back in an exam room pretty quickly. We waited there, however, for over 45 minutes. My only suggestion would be for someone to come in and give us an update regarding time. The physician who saw us was very good. I will highly recommend Patient First!

Overall, the visit was good. It felt quick but thorough enough for what was needed. Only complaint was that once I was in a room, I had to wait a while to actually see the doctor. But everything else was great. From check-in to being given a room, things moved relatively fast. All staff were wonderful, friendly and attentive. I have been coming to this Patient First for a few years now and continue to be satisfied with the care received, and will definitely continue to come back in the future.

Very kind and professional. I drive past 2 other urgent care centers to go to Patient First. They do primary care and urgent care and are excellent. They listen to you and get the job done. They also have prescriptions onsite which is great when the pharmacy is closed.
