I was greeted with friendly professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, concise, and thoughtful. They made me feel confident in their expertise. Nivea was particularly wonderful as well as my intake nurse whose name I can't remember right now. She also wrapped my foot / ankle the best that's ever been wrapped. I can't say enough praise about the staff. The facility was very tidy and one of the cleanest facilities I've ever experienced. I'm looking forward to my next unexpected injury or illness. 😂

Quickly in and out which is appreciated. Staff was attentive and followed up to check my BP again since it was high although not why I was there. Also sent me home with info on lowering BP and BMI. I have a team of doctors so this may not have been necessary for me but I can see where many people only see medical staff at Patient First type facilities and this info is valuable. Thanks to all for a great visit.

Dr. Xu was very nice during the visit and quickly assessed my cause of pain. She gave me recommendations for what I can do at home and reasonable expectations for treatment with medication and next steps if things get worse. I followed her advice of stretches and also purchased a TENS unit to assist with my sciatic-like pain. I’m happy that by Saturday afternoon, my pain greatly decreased despite a flare early in the morning. Thank you so much for your care Dr. Xu! Thank you so much for the staff that did registration and vitals! They were very nice, courteous, and expedient!
