This was my very first visit here (referred by my wife) and when I arrived I noticed about 7 people standing outside in line waiting to get in. Once the door opened promptly at 8am we all walked in, signed in, and then waited to be seen. While waiting in the lobby I decided to use the restroom and when I returned to the lobby there was no one else there!!! Wow 😮 that was comforting to know that I was not going to be waiting for too much longer. Everyone from the receptionist, the intake nurse, the radiologist, and the doctor were very courteous and highly exceptional. Lastly, they surprised me by giving me my medication along with other helpful literature in a nice bag before I left, so I didn’t have to worry about going to a pharmacy! *A hassle-free experience that exceeded my expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #IhadPneumonia 😔🙏🏽

Everyone was kind and listened to my concerns. The nurse who administered my shot was comforting and compassionate because she knew I was nervous. The visit with the doctor was quick, but she was friendly and I felt she heard and understood me. Overall I felt well cared for at your facility!

(Patient name Jahleel Mason 06.11.2002) I believe the person working the front desk (the desk when you first walk through the doors, straight across) name was Cynthia pearson (the name that Patient First gave me over the phone) lost my paperwork that needed to be filled out by a physician with all my PHI on it and more. I could only receive one form from my job to turn in before 11/14 that patient first had since 11/05, if it does not get turned in then I will not be getting paid for the month of November and will have to wait until December for a new form. There should be some organization rules that apply to the front desk like having a folder for each physician to sign paperwork from patients that won't get lost!

My experience was great. I was called up no sooner than I signed in. After talking to the receptionist, I was escorted to the back. The nurse took my vitals and took me to the room they assigned me. A couple of minutes later I was taken to get x-rays and then escorted back to the assigned room. I ended up waiting about an hour before the Doctor came in to see me. She gave me my prognosis, a couple of prescriptions and a doctors note for work and I was released. Everyone was professional and courteous. My visit was pleasant. I appreciate the customer service I received.
