She clearly doesn't read what is sent to her giving half ass answers or just plain and simply ignores what is said on purpose can't figure out what one. Multiple times stated something was gonna get done or charged and nothing would happen. Even now I'm waiting 1 month later for an answer on in home classes that I paid for and a few other things. I've sent them messages and zero communication from her. The trainers again are absolutely amazing they helped drastically with our pup.
Zoe VandelooBenito and his team are amazing! Our pup Smokey is a Dutch Shepard mix with all the energy in the world and this training has transformed our life! As first time dog owners, we have gained such confidence in our puppy. He is still full of energy but so well behaved and really listens to us now. We have been able to go on a walk without having to worry about him pulling on the leash and he is following the ‘Sit’ and ‘Down’ command if we are out in public. Our home life is a million times better because of Patriot Dog training. We highly recommend sending your dog to Benito if you have a dog that needs more structure and confidence! We did Board and Training for 4 weeks and our pup came back an even better boy! ☺️
I DidItBenito & his trainers did a wonderful job training my 4 month old Dobermans with the board & train program. His staff even handled my 5yr old 110lb Boxer, who was a bit unruly & a class clown, but Savage came home well mannered. Last year Patriot trained my new Boxer, Ruger. He is better mannered, but he's a clown & that's what you get when you have Boxers. Ruger & my Dobermans go to daycare & boarding here also. I've never had an issue with pickup, drop-off, dogs coming home dirty or the staff being unprofessional in anyway. All my dogs are 85+lbs each & a handful.....& I trust Benny, Erica & their staff to take care of them.
