Great communication with the driver, i spoke with the driver multiple times to ensure he was able to come on to the property safely and where he would be able to be unloaded and safely turn around to exit the property. Both pieces had their paper wrapping torn, but this was such a big metal item i was not worried about the paper wrapping. Was one day late, but the communications was good after they were able to get my number about the shipment,. NICE WORK GUYS

There was not a delivery appointment made . I was informed of a tomorrow delivery less than 24 hrs. prior to their stated delivery time. I call the ESTES number talked to customer support and told them of a prior commitment and could they deliver on Wednesday "Sure NP" Next day driver text at my gate ready to deliver. can he return as agreed on Wednesday "No we delivery in this area when we have enough freight. Can I pick it up "yes" and the address and door number were provided. Since you failed to delivery the freight, the residential charge and lift gate charge no longer apply. I have contacted the shipper and they were not surprise and allowed to do what can be done to eliminate the additional charges. I am not the only customer that has had to deal with this so I knew it could be 2 to 3 weeks before i received my delivery

Horrible service at the north Houston location. We dropped off a package and they never checked it in. After repeated calls to corporate office and local office There was no solution. Even though they provide a tracking number, they could not find it. We had to go in person to the local terminal to go find our package off to one side. The only solution we found was a ticket to another carrier that treated us correctly.
