Today we had a great experience with West Houston Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for electrical services or help with repairs. Our electricians were very knowledgeable and explained every thing to us so we understood exactly what they were doing. I loved that they came in and first things first, even though we had hired them for specific projects, they did a safety check. This included making sure everything was up to code. They found some very concerning situations. They didn’t just tell us how dangerous they were they showed us. We never felt pressure to pay anything more than we were ready to pay. And again, I can’t say enough about the two electricians that came out to work at our house. Fantastic service Theo and thanks to Meryl too! (I really hope that I am spelling and heard your name correctly.) They were fantastic, and very nice. We are very happy with the work that they have done.

West Houston Electric came through on every aspect of the issue that I was dealing with. They were also able to come out same day to perform the diagnosis and then returned the very next morning to perform the work that was necessary to fix our problem. Landen was our technician, and he was fantastic. He was very diligent throughout the process and was able to explain each step as he progressed (was able to learn things through his explanations).
