I just want to start this by saying how amazing Jeff did with our sweet Turbo, who we miss dearly. The quick and amazing work he did to insure we received Turbo back Quickly. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us. When we first found out we wouldn’t have Turbo long Jeff was very kind and ensured us that as soon as we needed him he would be there to help and he sure was, sadly Turbo went through the rainbow bridge and as soon as I called him he helped us and went right into helping us. His kind words on the phone and his amazing professional business owner made sure he helped us with everything we needed in that time. I want to also note, his mother also was amazing when she did the paperwork for Turbo, very professional and helped us with the sadness we were feeling and was so kind! The sweetest, when we felt like the world was crashing around us she professionally helped us with everything we needed to insure we did everything properly. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to not only bring your fur baby home quickly, but to feel love and be treated with such respect and love, this is the place to go. The passing of my soul-dog was the most difficult time imaginable for me. All of those involved in his after care were so wonderful, kind and compassionate including Jeff at Beloved Pet Cremation. I was treated like an individual and even through me sobbing on phone calls with Jeff to make arrangements, he was lovely and helped me secure a beautiful urn from Black Dog Pottery in Kingston, Ontario - as it all felt connected for my own black dog from a studio I lived in a block away from while in uni many years ago. I chose to have my dog individually cremated, and Jeff arranged everything with care for me to pick up my sweet dog's remains from my veterinarian. It was also nice to know that Beloved Pet Cremation supports sustainable practices and sources from local businesses with like-minded ethos.
