I'll definately recommend this place if you don't love your pet. You go for a hair cut and they'll chop your pets nipple and won't even tell you about it. When you'll ask them about the same they'll disrespect you and your pet. And once they are done with it they'll block your number. They didn't even had the decency to tell us that the cat was injured nor the decency of applying basic antiseptic

The grooming service provided was extremely negligent and unprofessional, resulting in injury to my cat. Despite my confrontation, they failed to take any corrective action.

Executive was not at all skilled. I have 3 Lhasa Apsos, out of which I have booked their Full Grooming service for my 2 babies. The guy didn't detangle their hair, he simply gave them the bath and trimmed the hair. Now their hairs are more tangled. Also, the cut was also not good. When I had a word with them over a call they said that their executives are highly skilled. Unfortunately it turn out to be a nightmare for us and our babies. Not recommending their services to anyone.
