Eddie and Michelle are fantastic! I have a westie that requires a specific cut for the breed and he comes back looking like he’s ready for a dog show! Our pup had a commercial shoot the day before the grooming appointment that Eddie and Michelle were extra attentive so that he was camera ready. I live downtown but make the trek up to Markham just because they’re so great.

Eddie and Michelle are incredible! We trust them completely and love the services and care they provide! They are so friendly, kind, caring, and patient! We use both their grooming and dog walking services, and our dog, Pepper, loves them! She is an anxious and shy dog and they are so patient with her and truly care for her. She always looks adorable after her groom! We are so grateful to have them in the neighbourhood. We HIGHLY recommend them!

We just took our middle-aged lab mix, Pickles, there for the first time. Compared to other groomers, this place was nice and calm n’ quiet. Got good vibes from Eddie & Michelle. They put our rescue dog at ease which isn’t easy in new situations. Eddie greeted us at the door and was warm and welcoming. Michelle took her time and did a thorough job. I wish she’d brushed his teeth like I’d requested but everything else was done (nails, bath, brush-out, etc.). The cost was about $30 more than our previous groomer but that’s to be expected given their location/overhead (our last groomer ran her business out of her home). Upon pickup, Pickles looked and smelled terrific and the best part? He was in an awesome mood afterward!!? If you’re looking for a quality groom in a calm, friendly environment with no bells and whistles I would recommend this place based on our first experience.

Eddie is fantastic to deal with. Super positive energy. My dog had his first grooming experience (wash and dry) here at 10 months old. He's a large breed. A little anxious so I wasn't sure how it would go. Eddie was professional, calm and was able to handle him and his 'talking'. I now bring him in for his nails trims and baths. Nail trims are reasonably priced and quick.
