It was my first time visiting the store, and I am super impressed with the customer service. Mark took the time to answer my questions, help me choose what's be best for my pup and explain more about the store. The high quality products combined with the expertise of the staff make this place very unique, special, and with a great shopping experience. Most prices are comparable to big box stores and having a chance to support small/local business is just wonderful . Not to mention how beautiful the store is. Love it and highly recommend!!!

Absolutely obsessed with this store. I cannot believe it has been around for so long right under my very oblivious nose and I never knew about it. Fantastic selection of pet toys (I have a dog so I can only speak to their dog items) and only the best treats and food. My little doggy has loved everything I've brought home from this place, and it's a huge comfort to know all of it is sourced from Canada or the US with no sus ingredients. All of the employees with whom I've interacted have been very knowledgable, welcoming and helpful. I don't have anything against the big box stores per se but I know that I will never go back if I can help it - this place is a treasure and makes me feel like I am giving my puppo the best. Highly recommend!
