Nina and Pete were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I don't live nearby but wanted to buy from an independent pet shop so contacted them via the website to ask a question. They rang me to talk about what I needed for my Lab who's been quite poorly recently with eating things he shouldn't combined with his auto-immune disorder and helped me find a muzzle that will help stop him scavenging on our walks. They really took the time to make sure the muzzle would fit him and be comfortable. They also sent me a belly-band as he's been a bit leaky due to the medication he's on. Again they could not do enough to make sure he had what he needs and that it'll fit him. It has arrived today and it's perfect. Thank you both so much. What a lovely pet shop took my french bulldog Reggie in for new harness the shop is well stocked staff super friendly and helpful and decently priced they also got dog ice-cream which is always a bonus for any fur baby 😍highly recommend will definitely be visiting again 😊
