Fantastic Grooming Experience! I brought my dog Sushi to Pets and Groom in Burlington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He has a history of being very difficult to groom due to past trauma, and I’ve had many groomers in the past call me within minutes asking me to come pick him up. But this time was completely different. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, understanding, and patient. The owner kept me updated throughout the entire appointment, letting me know how Sushi was doing, which I really appreciated. Stephanie, our groomer, did such an incredible job. not only did he look great, but he came home happy and relaxed. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the service was, especially given the extra care Sushi requires. It was significantly less than I expected, especially compared to other places I’ve tried. I can’t recommend Pets and Groom enough. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they work with, and I’ll absolutely be returning. Thank you again for taking such great care of my little guy!

Very happy with my boys first shave! He looks like boo the Pomeranian! The cat groomer did so well with him. Now he’s so comfortable for the rest of summer. He also fit me in super quickly, I called and he got me in 2 hours later!

I brought my dachshund Wallace to get groomed for the first time. They were so patient with him and took their time making sure he was not scared. His haircut was perfect and he looked so adorable! Great service, highly recommend!
