I’m so angry. Will never go back. I spoke with Erin before the grooming to explain my dog was very matted in the body, but face was fine (she agreed with this). So the plan discussed was to cut the body short, but leave the face/ head long and shaggy (not aggressively long but I was explicitly clear NOT SHORT). I just picked her up, and her face? Do these pictures look shaggy to you?! COMPLETELY SHORT, not even remotely shaggy. If I was at all unclear with what I was asking for she should have asked me for a picture, she agreed she understood I wanted it longer. If it was left even remotely long I would not have an issue, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back, I do not recommend.

Amazing experience for my first dog at Furry Friends Doggie Daycare. My dog is a very active yellow lab just over a year old and she has the time of her life every time I take her and it's absolutely amazing for her socialization. Taking her to Furry Friends several times a week is making our at home life easier too. Our dog is absolutely exhausted when she comes home taking the pressure off of me to give her vigorous exercise when I'm juggling a busy work schedule and taking care of the home. Thanks to Kim and the whole team at Furry Friends, we are so grateful for you taking care of our special girl Freya.

My dog absolutely loved spending her time at Furry Friends under the previous owner, who was patient and knowledgeable of her needs as an energetic pup. I have to be honest, new ownership has not demonstrated the same level of professionalism and understanding towards my pup. Quite disappointed in the new environment at Furry Friends.
