Key challenges: • Delays in providing industry-standard quotations • Invoicing beyond the agreed scope (including insisting on withholding funds for services not agreed upon) • Emotional dynamics that impacted business efficiency • Pressure to adapt to the company’s internal workflows rather than accommodating client needs The contract was terminated before actual work began, primarily due to significant communication barriers. To summarize the experience: “As a client, I felt to fully align with their internal standards and processes—or you’re not the right fit.” Their Instagram video on “time management and client classification based on the relationship they can build with you" is a must to watch.
