I visited Payless in early 2024 and had a good experience. While I initially bought sandals, I ended up replacing them with shoes. The quality they provide is not that great or comfortable for your feet. The manager, Rohit, was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. He really went out of his way to resolve my issue, which I greatly appreciated. Every outlet requires a manager like him. :) Also, I did encounter some difficulties with the lady in charge. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and seemed unsure of what she was doing. Overall, while I appreciated Rohit's assistance, I hope the lady staff ( who was there from 2023 Sep to 2024 Feb)can improve their customer service skills.

They have a wonderful collection of shoes. Prices are not too low. And cant say it’s reasonable too. They abide the covid regulations. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Most of the time the provide discounts.

Always there will be a pair waiting to fascinate you... Most of the times they are having a discount option. It is not a low cost or not a very high cost store... It can be quoted as moderate. When it comes to offers, expect combos..

Nice offers for many products. Went to buy a pair of shoes and got one pair for free. About to check the quality and no replacements for the items with offers. Decently treated by the executives. #payless - while purchase But after using the product, the quality isn't good at all. 2 pair of shoes torn apart within 6months. Not worthy and hereby the lesson learnt not to settle for free offered products.
