While the tech seemed nice, almost nothing was done correctly. We needed our front AC replaced. When it finally came in, the tech cross threaded the bolts on the new unit then had to cut them out. They ordered a second unit and while moving the first one off, he tore a hole in our membrane with the cut off anchor bolt. Wayne told us he’d just have his tech patch it. Once the second new AC was installed, the tech told us our thermostat was bad. After testing it, my husband figured out the tech had fried the thermostat when he wired it back up. My husband had to go to Alabama to get a new thermostat and installed it himself. They were also supposed to replace our awning arms but at this point we told them we didn’t want them touching our camper again but because of the warranty we pretty much were left with no choice. Wayne had told us we’d have to pay him out of pocket for the arms since he couldn’t send them back and we could find someone else to do the work. We were so over this taking so long at this point, we agreed to just let them install the arms and asked if he’d seal the roof where they gouged it and give me a written guarantee on the roof not leaking. I was told he couldn’t do that because he’s thinking they’re going out of business so it wouldn’t do me any good. My husband had to go and help the tech install the arms today because it’s a two person job and they only have one tech. There was a hole where the wiring went he said didn’t need to be sealed but my husband told him he wasn’t leaving it unsealed. Also, the bolts that attach the arms to the camper, he took out the butyl tape and then didn’t replace it so now my husband will also have to go and get that and do it himself. I have been sick over this whole debacle and now reading the other recent reviews, it seems we’re not the only one with this type of experience. In my opinion, it’s worth finding another company to do any work you may need done.

Do not call for sprinter repair services. We had them come out to repair a roof ac unit on our 2016 Mercedes sprinter blowing air but not cooling. We provided accurate and reliable information about the vehicle before they arrived. They came out and took it apart and at some point came to a conclusion they didn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. When putting it back together they failed to replace the sealant that goes around the housing leading it to now leak profusely every time it rains. Additionally some bolts were placed in the incorrect places or not put back in at all. (This wasn’t discovered for a few days when water poured through the ceiling onto our infant in her car seat. We had it towed to another shop.) After being charged for the diagnostic and nothing having been figured out or repaired I called and talked to the manager or owner and was refunded half of the diagnostic fee. Please be weary about using them, it’s now cost me thousands to have the ceiling panels pulled and mold mitigated, seals replaced, etc. What was a reliable family car for us is now a rolling health hazard and left a family of 7 without reasonable transportation. What kills me most is that the tube of sealant is only about $20. That’s what it would have taken to put it back right.

Beware. Tried to get an estimate on my RV for numerous weeks. Came to do an assessment but wanted $300 for up to two hours of diagnosis. Should have RUN from them at this point as no on else did this. Ghosted me for weeks. Finally replied tech is on leave an no longer interested in my business. RUN FAST! No other place charges like this, trust your gut, I should have.
