One morning, my PC wouldn't open since Bitlocker was on. I tried entering my recovery key and following the steps, but it still wouldn't allow me in. I was panicking, since many people online was mentioning they had lost their data because of that Microsoft "protection" feature. PC pro was very patient over the phone and they look into the issue quickly. They re-assured me along the process and was able to bring back my laptop to live. I didn't lose any data and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this place for any of your IT needs. They are trustworthy and look for the best interest of their client.

Omg! These guys Mike and Mike are amazing! I got succesful and the most coureous service, much more than I expected! My laptop had a spill leaving the touchpad and touchscreen function inop! Well now they BOTH are working and Im so grateful I dont have to replace the motherboard. Even the speakers which were garbled are now like a new stereo system. Guys you saved the day and gave my laptop new life. Thanks again and I will always bring any repairs for anything to them from now on! Im not one to write reviews, but i was truly happily surprised by the outcome and great service. Way to go Mikes!
