Brandon MorrisAfter checking the reviews on Google I quickly found that there are lots of fake reviews and after speaking with PC Zone on the phone, I have a very pleasent conversation and got my laptop booked in to be checked the following day. My laptop died and wouldn’t turn on. Unfortunately it was only 2 months out of warranty so only 14 months old! ASUS wanted to charge me £45 just to collect and check for faults (Complete rip off!) I got a call the same day from PC Zone and they explained that my hard drive has died for no reason, they suggested a decent hard drive replacement which I thought was amazing! After ordering the part and getting it the next day, they fitted and I collected it, it was working perfectly again and had a nice clean slate to play with as the laptop came with loads of rubbish on it! Amazing customer service and great prices, I highly recommend!
